How to I reserve a parking stall?

Standard size vehicles that fit into a regular parking stall can be self booked on line by selecting the pricing move in tab, then select this unit for automobiles. The process will begin to reserve you a stall and move in immediately or in the future. Follow the email links, sign the agreement on your phone and obtain access to your account.

What are the steps to self move in?

  1. Select Pricing/move in Now
  2. Select the 9.5ft x 18ft automobile stall
  3. Fill in personal information, payment information, create a password, accept terms, confirm booking
  4. Next page Sign lease on your phone
  5. Once lease is signed go into your account to see your parking stall number and your gate access code.
  6. If you selected auto pay then payments will be taken from your credit card on a monthly basis.
  7. Your all done! Remember when you return to remove your vehicle email Stowawayparkingyyc.ca once the vehicle has been removed.

If I self move in, where do I find my stall number and gate code?

Once you fill in the personal information and sign the agreement, you will have access to your account that shows your gate code and stall number. How do I get to the airport from Stow-Away Parking?

It's only a 5-minute drive and all ride services like Uber, Cab, and Lyft service the area. These ride services are always available within a few minutes.

How to Exit and enter the lot?

As a tenant you will receive your gate code for entering and leaving the lot. The gate works for the entrance gate, exit gate and man gate located at the entrance. When returning from your trip you can give your ride the code to drive you directly to your car.

What is the price for vehicle storage?

Storage rates vary depending on vehicle size. Stowaway Parking YYC offers discounted storage rates at the lowest price in the area without sacrificing the security of your vehicle. Check pricing on the pricing tab.

Does Stowaway Parking YYC provide shuttle service to the airport?

No, Stowaway Parking discounts storage rates accordingly so that you can book your own ride from the lot on your own schedule and terms. This also means drop off directly to your airport door and pickup at the airport door. This eliminates extensive walking and confusion to find your transport stop.

What are the access hours?

What if my vehicle does not start?

You will need to call AMA or a tow truck for service and assistance. The service vehicle can access the lot using your gate code.

Is long term storage required?

No, flexible month-to-month lease options are available. Our standard lease is monthly and will be charged for the full month. For automobile parking we can provide flexible payment options. Call the office during business hours Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm to inquire about optional rates.

How do I cancel my rental agreement?

Once you have driven your vehicle out of the lot, send an email to info@stowawayparkingyyc.ca Payments will be stop and gate code will no longer work once the email is received. This may take up to 2 days to be processed.

How do I pay my storage bill?

For your convenience we suggest you select auto pay but you can pay your storage bill online with Visa, Visa Debit or Mastercard. If you forget your gate code, stall number or need to make a payment go to the website stowawayparkingyyc.ca and log into your account.

How do I log into my account?

Go to the website stowawayparkingyyc.ca and log into your account at the top right. If you don’t know your password then select forgot password and use your email registered to the account to receive a reset password link.

What information do I need to provide to rent a space?

Driver licence, Vehicle Licence Plate, some personal information and credit card.

What size of vehicle can I park at Stowaway Parking YYC?

Automobiles must fit in a standard parking lot stall. Any vehicle larger than this must contact the office in advance to reserve a larger stall.

What items am I not allowed to store?

No Perishables, plants, animals, illegal goods, flammable, hazardous, combustible items are allowed to be stored on the premises.
